I am not computer savvy, I had no idea what a zip file. I emailed customer service several times to inquire about my purchase, I guess they assumed everyone knows about a zip file. Finally she told me to ask someone else to help me. They were not helpful in explaining this zip file at all. And of course there's no refund soooo my Christmas paper is still in my computer. I have to take it to a store like Kinko's or OfficeMax to print my paper. I would not I say not to purchase wrapping paper from this company if you don't know anything about zip files or you're not computer savvy. Very unhappy will never do business with them again.
